The actress, who plays Peggy Olson in the AMC drama, tied the knot with Armisen at The Foundry in Long Island, NY on Sunday.
A representative for Moss has confirmed that the nuptials were "attended by friends and family" and that the bride wore a Claire Pettibone dress.
Moss had previously insisted that the pair were aiming for a "medium-sized" ceremony, and Armisen added that they wanted "simplicity" on their big day.
The couple announced their engagement in January.
