Two of Michael Jackson's brothers attended the Los Angeles premiere of concert movie This Is It.

Jermaine and Jackie arrived at the city's Nokia Theatre to view the feature-length film, which is comprised of rehearsal footage from the late singer's scheduled comeback tour at London's O2 arena.

The pair received a standing ovation inside the venue prior to the start of the picture, People reports.

"It's tough to watch your brother's last performance. [But] we had to be here to support my brother's work," Jermaine said. "They say this is it, but this is just the beginning."

Jackie explained that the star's children Prince Michael, 12, Paris Michael Katherine, 11, and 7-year-old Blanket would "see a private screening of the film later", adding: "It's a sad moment, but we have to support our family."

Father Joe reportedly attended the Las Vegas premiere. Celebrities Will Smith, Paris Hilton, Katy Perry, Paula Abdul, Jennifer Lopez and Neil Patrick Harris were present at the LA screening.

Sister La Toya recently claimed that she had no plans to watch This Is It.
