Jamie Foxx struggles to recover photos

Ray star Jamie Foxx is in a legal struggle to recover photos of him engaging in sexual acts.
Foxx claims that the pictures were stolen by Mark Filthian from his home and that he has no right to make the material public.
Filthian however, claims that he found the pictures in a dustbin and so they are rightfully his to do with what he will. He also claims that Foxx hired people to pummel him with 'fists and furniture' in an effort to get the photographs from him.
Speaking to GQ magazine about the offending photos, he said: "There's no farm animals involved, there is no men involved. And to be honest with you, they're nice."
