Swift 'defends swastika fan photo'

A representative for Taylor Swift has moved to defend the star for posing with a male fan who had a swastika on his T-shirt.

The image, taken at Katy Perry's birthday party last weekend, has reportedly surfaced online.

However, Swift's spokesperson distanced the 19-year-old from the unidentified fan, saying that she did not even know him.

They told TMZ: "Taylor took pictures with about 100 people that night... She doesn't know who this guy is and she didn't realise what was on his shirt."
