According to the terms of the agreement, the children must have a 70% school attendance rate, but both are currently below that number, reports Fox News.
A trustee for the fund claimed that Ismail, 11, is attending school 37% of the time and 10-year-old Ali's rate is only 27%.
"It's pathetic," said Noshir Dadrawala, who administers the trust for the Mumbai-born kids.
He added: "They are constantly going to Paris and Cochin and Chennai. That's fine, but go over the weekend, not at the sacrifice of school."
Parents of the actors reportedly blamed family deaths and illness for the absences and said that their children will begin attending more regularly.
