Todd McKenney has been labelled a distant father figure to his 2-year-old daughter Charlotte.
A friend of the child's mother Anne Wood has claimed that the Dancing With The Stars judge, who once announced that he was moving to Melbourne to take a more active role in the 2-year-old's life, rarely sees his daughter.
The source told The Daily Telegraph: "It has to be that way. Todd didn't move to Melbourne, that relationship never developed."
They added: "Anne is happy to be a single parent - in fact, thrilled to be a parent at all."
Charlotte was conceived after McKenney offered to be a sperm donor for Wood. He hit headlines soon after her birth when he was found unconscious in a park, reportedly with the drug GHB in his pocket.
