Paparazzi told to stay away from Richie

Nicole Richie has reportedly been granted a temporary restraining order against two members of the paparazzi.

Richie, who has two children with rocker Joel Madden, claimed in a court filing that Eduardo Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel had left her frightened for her family's safety after they screamed at her in an attempt to "get a reaction".

Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Vania Stuelp told E! News: "She claims they harassed and stalked her and were involved in the car accident in the beginning of the month."

The 28-year-old had been driving on Los Angeles's Wilshire Boulevard when the collision took place. A hearing is due to take place on November 16.
