Price 'denies selling Andre's dogs'

Katie Price has denied reports that she sold Peter Andre's dogs.

The Sun had claimed that the model sold British bulldogs Hugo and Pepsi without telling her ex-husband.

"Pete can't believe she has sold his dogs without telling him," a source said. "He adored those dogs. He is worried about how the kids are coping because Princess Tiaamii and Junior especially were obsessed with them.

"Pete would have taken the dogs but he didn't think it was fair to take them from the kids. Now they have gone for good."

However, Price's spokesperson told the Daily Mail that the rumours are untrue.

"Katie still has the two dogs," he said. "She hasn't sold them and she isn't thinking of selling them."

He also denied reports that Price was neglecting the dogs by not walking them.

"She's not the biggest fan in the world of them, but she would never mistreat them," he said. "I've seen the dogs and they seem quite happy!"

Price bought Pepsi as a Christmas present for Andre in 2007, while the couple bought Hugo together two-and-a-half years ago.

In August, reports claimed that Andre was planning to fight for custody of the dogs.
