Beckham: 'I'm a complete control freak'

Victoria Beckham has described herself as a "complete control freak".

In an interview with Harpers Bazaar, the former Spice Girl explained that she was difficult to work with when she was designing her new fashion collection.

"I don't mind making mistakes," she said. "I just can't live with anyone else's mistakes. I'm a complete control freak. I'm not the easiest person to work with because I'm so passionate and being a working mum, it's a balancing act."

However, Beckham admitted that she was anxious when she launched her designs in New York last year.

"I felt beyond vulnerable," she said. "I'd never known nerves like it. The night before, I got nodules in my throat."

Beckham also described her solo pop career as a "mistake" during the interview.
