Hilton, Reinhardt 'rowed on Halloween'

Paris Hilton allegedly had a major public row with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt at a Halloween party on Saturday night.

The pair were reportedly spotted arguing as they left Heidi Klum and Seal's annual celebration.

"She was mad. She jumped in the front seat and [Doug] was holding her around the neck saying, 'Relax, relax'," one source told the New York Post.

Reinhardt is believed to have then tossed the socialite's phone out of their car window, causing Hilton to abandon her limo in search of the item.

"She was staggering down the street, up and down, and the guy they were with was trying to block anyone from taking pictures," another witness added. "It got very physical. The limo driver was horrified!"
