Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles star Thomas Dekker is to be arraigned on Friday on two misdemeanour DUI charges.
The counts stem from the 21-year-old's arrest last month in North Hollywood after a run-in with a teenage biker in the San Fernando Valley, reports E!.
Dekker struck a 17-year-old boy who was riding a bicycle in a crosswalk, according to the California Highway Patrol.
"He was charged with our standard DUI counts - driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or above," said Los Angeles city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan.
The actor was released on $100,000 (£61,072) bail and will have a chance to enter his plea at Friday's arraignment.
Dekker will appear in the upcoming remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street, slated for a 2010 release.
