Stewart 'won't answer Pattinson rumours'

Kristen Stewart has claimed that she will not clarify speculation about whether she is romancing Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.

The actress, who stars as Bella Swan in the vampire franchise, told Entertainment Weekly that she feels no need to clear up tabloid rumours about their relationship.

"I probably would've answered it if people hadn't made such a big deal about it," she explained.

"But I'm not going to give the fiending an answer. I know that people are really funny about, 'Well, you chose to be an actor, why don't you just f**king give your whole life away?! Can I have your firstborn child?'"

Stewart and Pattinson have been linked by the tabloids since they first appeared together in the romantic drama last year, although they recently played down the reports in an interview with Vanity Fair.

The 19-year-old added: "I've thought about this a lot. There's no answer that's not going to tip you one way or the other. Think about every hypothetical situation, 'Okay, we are. We aren't. I'm a lesbian'. I'm just trying to keep something.

"If people started asking me if I was dating Taylor [Lautner], I'd be like 'F**k off!' I would answer the exact same way."
