Heidi Klum has revealed that she is finding it hard to lose her baby weight.
The Victoria's Secret supermodel, who recently gave birth to daughter Lou, said that it is more difficult for a woman to get back into shape the older she gets.
Klum is quoted by Yahoo as saying: "I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one."
She continued: "I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever. I have to be motivated."
Klum is married to singer Seal and has daughter Leni, 5, Henri, 4, and 3-year-old Johan.
