Kristen Stewart: 'Press doesn't bother me'

Twilight star Kristen Stewart has claimed that she has learnt how to cope with the press.

Speaking at a press conference for New Moon, the actress explained that it is now easier for her to deal with media attention.

"The whole rumour, tabloid stuff, it's so obviously false," she said. "I became a part of a show, a ridiculous show, with false realism, like a soap opera, but it doesn't bother me. I don't take it personally, because I have gotten so much experience with this, it's gotten easier."

Stewart added: "I totally understand that people have a hard time seeing us outside of our characters."

She also stated that she feels attached to her character Bella Swan, saying: "I'm very protective of her. I feel a shared ownership, it's weird."
