Bullock, James 'locked in custody battle'

Sandra Bullock is reportedly involved in a custody battle with her husband Jesse James's ex-wife.

The 45-year-old actress and James are fighting adult star Janine Lindemulder for sole custody of the former couple's 5-year-old daughter Sunny.

According to STV, Bullock and her spouse have accused Lindemulder of being an unfit mother and have also brought up her recent jail sentence over tax charges.

In the pair's application for guardianship, they said: "While in Janine's care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use."
