The Twilight star walked for the Celebrity Walk Ambassadors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Radar Online reports.
The 19-year-old actress joined boxer Sugar Ray Leonard on Sunday morning to partake in the charity event.
The Diabetes fundraiser was held at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and brought in an estimated 15,000 supporters.
New Moon, the sequel to Twilight, arrives in cinemas on November 20.
