Kurt Russell: 'Rodriguez is terrific kid'

Kurt Russell has reportedly branded Kate Hudson's boyfriend Alex Rodriguez a "terrific kid".

The Death Proof star was spotted cheering on the sidelines as Rodriguez and the Yankees won the World Series last week in New York.

"I'm so happy for him. He's a terrific kid," OK quotes him as saying.

"He's worked incredibly hard for a long, long time and now, all questions have been put to rest for everything and hopefully he will live a wonderful life and show us things in baseball that perhaps we've never seen."

A friend of Hudson's recently told Us Weekly that the actress was "head-over-heels" with the baseball player, who she has been dating since earlier this year.
