Madonna 'to meet Luz's parents'

Madonna has apparently agreed to fly to Brazil to meet boyfriend Jesus Luz's parents.

The 'Vogue' singer, who has been dating Luz for almost a year, has allegedly said that she is very nervous about being introduced to Cristiane Regina da Silva and Luis Heitor Pinto da Luz.

A friend of 23-year-old Luz told Hello magazine: "She is slightly on edge. But an engagement could be on the cards."

They continued: "Madonna really does love and need Jesus - and she does not hold all the power in their relationship. He grew up with strong Christian beliefs."

The source added: "He wants to marry and be taken seriously. She doesn't want to lose Jesus and so the visit to his parents is her way of saying she will make this relationship permanent."
