Judge bans Jennifer Lopez sex tape

Jennifer Lopez has won a temporary court order preventing the release of home video footage of her honeymoon.

A Los Angeles judge issued a restraining order to bar distribution of her ex-husband's film How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo And Ojani Noa Story.

The singer is currently suing Noa for $10m (£6 million) for breaching a confidentiality agreement and invasion of privacy.

Noa's film is said to include video footage from the couple's honeymoon showing Lopez "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations".

Lopez won a lawsuit against Noa in 2007 after he planned to write a book about their marriage.

The restraining order will be in effect until a hearing later today where Judge James C. Chalfant will decide whether or not to extend it permanently.
