Shaquille O'Neal's wife files for divorce

Shaquille O'Neal's wife Va'shaundya has filed for legal separation from the basketball player, reports People.

The spouse of the 37-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers star cited irreconcilable differences for the split and is seeking sole custody of their four children with visitation rights for Shaquille, according to papers.

She said that she will eventually seek a divorce.

This is the second time that the couple have officially separated since marrying in 2002. The sportsman filed for divorce in 2007, after Va'shaundya accused him of hiding money from her.
