Cage 'spent $276,000 on dinosaur skull'

Nicolas Cage once spent $276,000 (£165,000) on a dinosaur skull, reports have claimed.

The Rock actor, who recently put his home on the market in order to pay a tax bill, apparently outbid Leonardo diCaprio for the prehistoric relic.

Cage reportedly spent nearly $500,000 (£299,000) on a Lamborghini car and is believed to have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on castles, islands, jets and boats.

The 45-year-old star allegedly owes $6 million (£3.6 million) in taxes.
