Jon Gosselin pokes fun at himself in skit

Jon Gosselin has poked fun at himself in a new video for comedy website Funny Or Die.

The two-minute clip sees the father-of-eight decide to "move forward" and reinvent himself as a "righteous person".

"I've been looking back and thinking, man, this is not me, this is not what I want to do," he explains.

"I just want to go back to the normal, simple life that I used to have."

The video then launches into a montage accompanied by Cher's 'If I Could Turn Back Time' which follows Gosselin as he removes his earring, disposes of his hair products and empties his fridge of vodka and Red Bull.

He is also seen deleting Michael Lohan's number from his cellphone, telling a bikini-clad woman that he cannot see her anymore and switching his normal clothing for a more clean-cut style.

The clip ends with the 32-year-old instructing a nightclub bouncer to permanently erase his name from the guest list before stopping to ask a group of photographers why they are waiting outside a restaurant.

"We hear Jon Gosselin might be in there," one says. "Cool," replies Gosselin. "Tell him I said goodbye."

Earlier this year, his estranged wife Kate poked fun at her own media image in a skit for the JMZ report on The Jay Leno Show.
