The pair met in 2007 when Price appeared on his CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother. They started dating the next year.
"They aren't together anymore. It was just time," a source told People.
"He's very thoughtful, and he's very good at giving gifts," she said of Radnor in June.
ABC cancelled Price's show Eastwick earlier this week. Radnor's directorial debut, the indie romantic comedy HappyThankYouMorePlease, is slated for a 2010 release.
