Beckhams: 'We won't come back to Britain'

David and Victoria Beckham have revealed that they have no immediate plans to return to Britain.

The couple, who moved to Los Angeles in 2007, claimed that they can lead a relatively anonymous life in the United States.

"We have a normal life. I can see us living here for a few years," Bang Showbiz quotes David as saying.

Victoria insisted that she prefers Los Angeles to their previous home in Spain because she feels more "equal" to her husband.

"I found Spain a little tricky. But from the minute we landed at the airport, we were equal," she said.

"America is equal, it doesn't matter whether you are a man or a woman. In Spain it's more difficult for women."

According to recent reports, Victoria has made plans to open a modelling agency in New York.
