Record labels are in a war to win the affections of Gallagher brothers' band Oasis.
The Wonderwall band's current deal with Sony expires in the summer and the label's competitors are eager to poach the lucrative band.
BreakingNews report that both EMI and V2 have each offered them a £15.2m deal to produce three albums, which may provoke a better proposition from Sony.
An industry source said: "Various record labels have been waiting patiently for the contract to end. Now it's a question of who puts the most money down on the table.
"Everybody wants Liam and Noel. They are still an act who can sell millions of records."
