The Mirror has published pictures which allegedly feature the 20-year-old taking the illegal drug at a party in London.
However, Radcliffe's spokesperson rubbished the allegations, adding that the star is considering taking legal action against the newspaper.
"Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this," his representative told the BBC. "We categorically deny the claims regarding Daniel Radcliffe published in today's Daily Mirror.
"We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations."
Radcliffe is currently filming the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
