Depp 'to rescue Cage from financial ruin'

According to the Daily Express, the Pirates Of The Caribbean star was distraught to hear that Cage has run into difficulties over a $6 million tax bill and has vowed to support his friend.
A source said: "Johnny called Nicolas, and basically told him not to worry and he'd help him and sort everything out.
"Johnny feels he owes his career to Nicolas and now wants to repay him - if Nicolas agrees. Johnny has never forgotten what Nic did for him."
The Hollywood actors met over 20 years ago when Depp was a struggling musician.
Cage reportedly linked Depp with his agent, a move that eventually led the Public Enemies star to land his breakthrough role in Wes Craven's A Nightmare On Elm Street.
Cage is currently suing his ex-manager and recently sold two historic New Orleans homes in a foreclosure auction.
