After appearing at Saturday's Cardiff fundraiser, Brian McFadden will now help rebuild in Sri Lanka.
The ex-Westlife singer entertained a crowd of 63,000 people along with artists such as Eric Clapton, Manic Street Preachers and Keane at this weekend's event, which raised £1,248,963 for the Disasters Emergency Committee.
McFadden told the Mirror: "Me and some friends are going to Sri Lanka to help. There is a lot of aid going out there but they are really short of manpower - we could go and do something. Anyone who saw what happened in Asia will have been touched by it.
"I went to Thailand last year and the people were amazing. They have nothing but they give everything, and it's always people like that who are s*** upon. They've had everything taken away from them."
