Kylie Minogue is suing record boss Pete Waterman for owed royalties amounting to almost half a million pounds.
A specialist royalties service has informed Kylie that Waterman's company PWL owes her £440,000 on top of the £264,000 she was paid. The issue has arisen over a compliation of Kylie's greatest hits, originally released in 1992 and then re-released in 2002.
The action will see no love lost between Minogue and Waterman after he condemned her for 'selling out' when she dropped her cutesy image for her current more sultry look.
