The Simple Life star and partner Joel Madden testified in court yesterday that they were frightened for the safety of their two young children.
Richie had blamed the two men - Eduardo Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Mel Miguel - for causing a car crash in Beverly Hills last month. Neither child was in the vehicle.
She also accused Migel of trespassing at her home and alleged that photographers would stomp their feet on the ground to prompt a reaction from her.
LA Superior Court judge Carol Boas Goodson was reportedly concerned about infringing on Arrivabene and Miguel's First Amendment rights to take pictures but both men freely agreed to follow the order.
Miguel apologised to Richie in court and said that he would not take photos of her if she did not want him too.
They have agreed to stay 50 yards away from Richie and her children - Harlow and Sparrow - until 2012.
All parties declined to comment following the hearing.
