A lawsuit claiming that Elisabeth Hasselbeck plagiarised a book has been dropped.
Susan Hasset said that the View star copied some of her work for her bestselling novel The G-Free Diet: A Gluten Free Survival Guide.
However, Hasselbeck has strongly denied the claims, describing them as "baseless".
The AP reports that a judge dismissed the case against the 32-year-old after Hasset's lawyers decided not to pursue the matter.
Richard Cunha, one of Hasset's attorneys, stated that he still believes there were cases of plagiarism but he does not think that they were grievous enough for damages.
