'Housewives' death ruled as homicide

A coroner has officially declared that Ashley 'AJ' Jewell's death last month was a homicide, reports say.

The ex-fiancé of Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss died on October 2 following a brawl in the parking lot of an Atlanta strip club.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner listed the cause of death as: "Physical altercation resulting in sickle cell trait related exertional collapse."

Frederick Richardson, who was allegedly involved in the fight, has been arrested and charged with voluntary manslaughter. His attorney told TMZ: "It's an unfortunate situation, Frederick is sorry this situation happened and that AJ died."
