Spears ex sentenced to 45 days in jail

Last month, Adnan Ghalib pleaded no contest to leaving the scene of an accident after he ran over a man who was serving him with a restraining order.
TMZ reports that Ghalib has now been ordered to serve 45 days in county jail, although he gets one day's credit for already spending time in prison.
The paparazzo, who will be placed on probation for 36 months, must also complete 52 weeks of anger management sessions and 45 days of hard labour.
