Richie, Madden to host New Year's Eve bash

Nicole Richie has reportedly announced that she and boyfriend Joel Madden are to host a New Year's Eve party together.

The reality star, who recently checked out of the hospital after being treated for pneumonia, has revealed that Madden will be the DJ for the evening at the LAVO nightclub in Las Vegas, Radar Online reports.

The couple's fee has not been disclosed.

Last month, Richie was involved in a car accident, and more recently was granted a three-year restraining order against two photographers.
