Jackson lawyer 'shocked by Murray return'

Katherine Jackson's lawyer has expressed his outrage that Dr Conrad Murray is re-opening his Houston medical practice today.

Murray has been accused of being responsible for the death of Katherine's pop superstar son Michael Jackson by accidentally injecting him with an overdose of anaesthetic propofol.

Lawyer Adam Streisand told RadarOnline: "I am shocked and outraged and hope the Los Angeles District Attorney will prosecute Dr Murray and prevent him from seeing any patient ever again."

Los Angeles Police Department commander Patrick Gannon recently said that the decision whether or not to arrest Murray over Michael's death will not be made until 2010.
