According to Just Jared, the 16-year-old actress has signed with Larry Rudolph - who helped mastermind Spears's rise to fame - under his ReignDeer Entertainment company.
"Victoria's star quality is undeniable. She is an incredibly gifted actress and singer, and her personality lights up any room," said Rudolph in a statement.
"She's the total package and we are thrilled to be working with her."
Justice is currently working on upcoming Nickelodeon comedy series Victorious, which is scheduled to debut next year.
