Chris Brown denies LA paparazzo assault

Chris Brown has reportedly denied that he is to blame for an assault on a member of the paparazzi.

Robert Rosen sued the R&B star in May, claiming that he fell down a stairwell at an LA Fitness club after being chased by Brown's bodyguards and was then assaulted.

The photographer said at the time that the incident had left him "severely injured and disabled, both internally and externally".

According to TMZ, Brown has filed court documents which state that he is not responsible for any injury as LA Fitness didn't properly maintain and supervise its operation.
