Spelling's mum settles ex-maid lawsuit

Candy Spelling has reportedly reached a settlement with a former maid who claimed she was not paid for her daily ten-minute breaks.

The widow of TV producer Aaron was accused of breaking California's wage and overtime laws by her ex-employee Lourdes Serrano.

TMZ reports that the estranged mother of reality star Tori has now settled.

While the terms of the agreement are confidential, a source said that it could be considered a large sum "in maid money".
