Selena Gomez clarifies 'Twilight' comment

Wizards Of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez has clarified her recent comment that she has never watched Twilight.

The actress, who plays Alex Russo in the Disney series, recently admitted that she "felt bad" for not having an interest in the vampire franchise.

Speaking to E! Online's Marc Malkin, she explained: "All I said was that I didn't watch it and I felt bad for not watching it.

"But of course, now it's like, 'I don't like it'. That's not the case."

Gomez, who also confessed she had not read the original novels by Stephenie Meyer, added: "I feel bad and I'm sorry if I offended anyone for that."
