Mitch Winehouse demands pre-nup for Civil

Amy Winehouse's father has demanded that Blake Fielder-Civil sign a prenuptial agreement before remarrying his daughter.

Mitch Winehouse, whose daughter divorced Fielder-Civil earlier this year, said that he needs proof that his former son-in-law is not after Amy's fortune.

Mitch is quoted by the Daily Star as saying: "Blake won't get a single penny."

A friend of the family added: "Mitch has seen a solicitor. He is doing everything he can to protect his daughter. He thinks Blake brings nothing but heartache."

The 'Rehab' singer apparently recently asked Fielder-Civil to re-marry her and later changed her Facebook status to "married".
