McFly to make movie debut

Brit boyband McFly have landed their first movie role opposite teen actress Lindsay Lohan.

The four-piece will play themselves in Just My Luck, a comedy about a lucky woman and a down-and-out man who swap fortunes.

Band member Tom Fletcher said: "In the script I'm described as 'cool and remarkably talented.'"

As well as displaying their "remarkable" acting talents, the boys will also contribute six songs to the film's soundtrack.
