Lautner: 'I was bullied in high school'

New Moon actor Taylor Lautner has admitted that he was bullied in high school.

The 17-year-old told Rolling Stone that he was picked on because of his chosen profession.

"Because I was an actor, when I was in school there was a little bullying going on," Lautner said.

He continued: "Not physical bullying, but people making fun of what I do... I just had to tell myself, 'I can't let this get to me. This is what I love to do. And I'm going to continue to do it'."

Lautner appears on the cover of the latest issue of the music publication. He recently wrapped filming the feature Valentine's Day with Taylor Swift.
