Recent reports had suggested that Kardashian was dating porn star Lisa Ann - who appeared in last year's Who's Nailin' Paylin? - after the pair met at a Los Angeles gym in September.
However, a source close to Kardashian has told Us Weekly that the rumours are "not true".
The insider added: "They did meet at a gym, but that's it. Never even hooked up. She wants a bit of fame right now. Rob is laughing it off!"
Ann, 37, had been quoted as saying that she enjoyed a "fun sexual relationship" with Kardashian and praised him for bringing out the "total cougar" in her.
Neither Kardashian or Ann has yet to comment.
