Legal threat for Brook and Zane

Producers have reportedly threatened Kelly Brook and Billy Zane with legal action.

The threats were made after Zane refused to back down over demands that scenes involving a nude Brook be cut. The scene was in her contract for Three and both actors were fine with it until they started going out together.

A source told the New York Post: "Kelly's contract stipulated that she would do several nude scenes.

"At first Kelly and Billy were fine with everything, she was happily getting naked, but then they started dating. After that he kicked up a huge fuss about the nudity and started trying to block those scenes.

"It got really ugly. The producers had to call in lawyers and threaten him and Kelly."

Once threatened with legal action and cancellation of the movie, the couple gave in and went back to work as normal.
