Lopez 'had no interest in Playgirl'

Mario Lopez has explained why he declined an offer to pose naked for Playgirl magazine.

Speaking to OK, the former Saved By The Bell star admitted that he had "no interest" in stripping for the online publication.

"I was flattered that they asked... I don't think my mum would be too happy about that, and I have no interest to be honest," he explained.

The 36-year-old went on to brand girlfriend Courtney Mazza as "someone special", adding: "Everything's good. She has her own passions and interests and I have my own passions and interests.

"I think that's what keeps things healthy. We both like to exercise, dance and that sort of thing, but she's her own person."
