The actress, who plays Carla Turk in the sitcom, welcomed daughter Leila Rey Valencia with partner George Valencia on November 27.
She weighed 6lbs 7oz.
"Lelia is absolutely beautiful. Both mum and baby are very happy," said her representative.
This is Reyes's first child with director Valencia.
