Jungers is the fourth woman to be linked with the US golf pro, amid claims that the pair were intimately involved for more than two years.
According to a report in the Sunday Mirror, Jungers started having sex with Woods less than a year after he was married.
Her former fiancé Derek Schmidt, 28, said that he was a fan of Woods at the time that the alleged affair began. The model is the latest woman to be linked to Woods, joining nightclub hostess Rachel Uchitel, Jaimee Grubbs and marketing manager Kalika Moquin.
Woods, who was hospitalised last week following a car accident outside his Florida home, has publicly apologised to his family for his "transgressions".
"I have not been true to my values and the behaviour my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behaviour and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone," he said.
