Jesse James loses Christmas with daughter

Sandra Bullock's husband lost a judge's decision on Tuesday, when a California court ruled that 5-year-old Sunny will be spending the day with her mother Janine Lindemulder.
The court's choice comes despite James's ex-wife running an adult webcam service out of her home and spending six months in jail for tax evasion earlier this year.
The ruling stipulates that the mechanic's former spouse must return the child to James, who has been raising his daughter with Bullock since January, by noon on Christmas Day.
According to E! Online, the Jesse James Is A Dead Man star was "pained" by the result and didn't speak to reporters following the hearing.
