Celine Dion 'hopeful for second child'

Celine Dion has admitted that she is still hoping to have another child with husband Rene Angelil.

The 'My Heart Will Go On' star was reported to be pregnant earlier this year, however it was later revealed that the in-vitro treatment had not been successful.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, she said: "We are trying to have a second child and we hope to be blessed again as parents. That would be amazing.

"We are all set. We are going back to the same people, the same doctor in New York and it's a big process. I'm sure people that go through in-vitro know how much it takes and it demands, but I'm good."

The singer continued to say that she feels "strong" and "very blessed", adding: "We have a wonderful child, we're extremely happy. It's not like, 'Oh my god, she's not pregnant and she's depressed'.

"We are great. We hope for the best, we hope to get pregnant. If it happens, it happens."

Dion said that her 8-year-old son Rene-Charles was aware of the process and excited by the prospect of having another sibling.
