The Blink-182 drummer was one of two survivors of the September 2008 crash, which left four dead. DJ AM, who also survived, has since died of an accidental drugs overdose.
Barker claimed in his lawsuit that the aircraft had been improperly operated and maintained. Learjet and the plane's owners Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co were among the companies listed in the legal action.
The 34-year-old star's attorney Walter Lack confirmed that a settlement has been reached but declined to comment on the terms, reports The AP.
Barker's assistant Chris Baker and bodyguard Charles Still passed away when the Learjet careered off a runway in Columbia during take-off.
